    📍Working Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
    🕛 Working Time: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
     
    📌𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
    • Candidate must possess at least Degree qualifications
    • Prefer lady at age 𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟬
    • Prefer languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
    • Excellent in MS Office Program
    • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • At least 1 year of working experience in administration or clerical area
     
    📌 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
    • Responsible for all general administrative duties
    • Handling life & general insurance for new businesses opportunity as well as current renewal businesses
    • Deal directly with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries (if needed)
    • Liaise with head office for all relevant queries
    • Make or attend phone calls and emails from relevant parties promptly
    • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
    • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
    • Adapt to the team needs and assist with other agents as needed

    The program is an Entrepreneur Development Program which is a part time program that involves Financial Planning workshops and Real Life Business Skill which will be conducted in the combination of Online and Physical Mode.
