    โ€ข Make or attend phone calls and emails from relevant parties promptly
    โ€ข Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
    โ€ข Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
    โ€ข Adapt to the team needs and assist with other agents as needed
